Dear Alderman Phillips:

This is to request that you obtain for us the necessary permission to close W. Walnut Street from No. 18th to No. 19th Streets from 10:00 A.M. to 5 P.M. on March 29, 1969.

The purpose of this request is to enable us to have a celebration of our fourth anniversary and the ground-breaking on our first two new homes on the NW corner of the intersection of No. 18th Street and W. Walnut Street.

Please advise us as to what we have to do further, if anything. We are also sending this request to Alderman Schreiber.
