Dear Maddam:

My son requested that I write you concerning a case he has in Vietnam. He was accused or lack up for a battalion communication office blown up. The main reason I'm writing he said you would be a lot of help. You see, there going to haul his trial. He said the only reason for him be over there is because he's black, and said he's not having a fair trial. He was telling me about how much racialism they were having over there. He said this is one of the main reasons he's accussed of the explosion and being over there. He has been there for two years and one month. This is just time in Vietnam. His enlistment is four years in the Corps. This year is his third year in the Corps. (Sept) He also said he isn't having a fair trial.
