Petition for vacating a portion of a territorial road in Dodge County

To the Hon. the Council & "House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin"

The undersigned inhabitants of Dodge County would respectfully represent that that part of a Territorial Road (laid out under the provisions of section fifteen of "an Act to provide for laying out the several Territorial roads therein named" approved February 15th 1842.) Which lies between Section No 23, Town 11, Range 14 and the south line of said town is wholly rendered useless by a town road laid between the same points and that the part of the Territorial road above referred to is of great inconvenience to two of your petitioners-Therefore we pray you to pass an Act at your present session vacating that part of said road above referred to-
