From Paulina W. Davis

Providence July 1911

Dear Madame

The months since
I saw you in Washington
have been winged but I have
never forgotten our pleasant
walk and talk on the Avenue.
There have been some things to be
dissatisfied with in the way work
has been done but on the whole
it goes forward and will be
accomplished in the end even
better than we can ask or think.
The decade meeting is one of very
grave importance one which
I hope every old friend and
worker in the cause will feel
needs their special effort.-
It will be held in New York
