The Conditions of the Vendue of the House & Lot late belonging
to Samson Adams deceased is.

That the highest Bidder shall be the purchaser
That six months Credit will be given to the pur-
chaser for one hundred pounds of the purchase money
with giving good security if required

That for the sum which the House and Lot
may fetch above that sum reasonable time will be
given to the purchaser in mortgaging the premisses
to secure the payment of the Principal and
paying interest for the money

That a deed will be given to the purchaser at
the end of six months on the payment of £100 -
on on the Receipt of a mortgage & Obigations to
secure the further payment

That if the purchaser should fail in performing
of the payments according to these Conditions
the Premisses to be set up again and any sum
which it may fetch short of the sum bid shall
be made up by the purchaser.
