Excellency. whether that. he was. Cleared or
Convicted. I must. Now. Desire your Excellency
To. be so kind as. To acquaint. him that Crell {inserted} Was Tryed.
on Two. Severell Inditements. and found giltey the
one for Steling a horse from Godfree Brando.
at. Katskill at. the same Time. he Brought
the horses. from the Mohawk. Countery. and the
other, for Steling four horses from Philip
Moul of Ulster County. and In Case . there had not
appeared. sufficient. prooff. against him here he
Was To be Sent. To your Countery. To Have been
Tryed thair. but as he Was found Guilty here
it. has. Saved the Trouble of Carrying. him any-
further. than the places of execution he is a
poor. Hardened. Wrech. he is sentenced To be
