Sr the Gentleman that are appointed by Commiss =ion from his Excellencey for Commissioners of Indian Affairs Desire you will be pleased to Come to Towne on Monday next to Qualify Such of them as are willing to take the office upon them

these few lines are to Inform your Excellency that yesterday Six of the Gentleman that are ~ appointed by your Excellencys Commission for Commiss =oners of Indian Affairs, where Qualifyed for that purpose (to witt) Coll Marchall Coll Myndert Schuyler Robert Sanders, Jacob C Tenrych, Sybrant G Van Schaick and John Beekman

the Gentleman Bag your Excellencey will be pleased to Lett em Know where they might Inquire for the Books of the late Commisioners of Indian Affairs which Books they think they Cannot Doe without I ame with Due Regard

your Excellenceys most Dutyfull and humble Sert John R Bleecher DC by order
