Received Yours of 28th Ultimo, We Shall
Send Governour Dinwiddees Speech With the
Belts up to Onondage, With a Proper Person
Cap Winne Will Deliver the Account for Said
Purpose. Here Inclosed We Send Your Honour
the Proceedings, Since the 27 Ultimo, together
With 2 Letters, one from the Missionaries and
One from the governour of Caneda, the Same
Being translated, We have a Vast Deal
of troble With the Business of the Indian
Affairs, and our Mony is Exhausted Long Since
Which We hop Your Honour Will
Recommand to the Assembly to Enlarge
