A.S. Garner. I.H. Clegg, John Buckner. J M Loy
G.Q. Poe. A.G. Markes. Alfred Goodwin. J.D. Griffin
G O Hanner - who for their verdict say they found
The Defendant guilty of Larceny as charged in
the bill of Indictment.

Judgment of the Court that the Defendant be
imprisoned in the Penitentiary of the State for
two years at hard labor, and that he be
assigned to work on the Cape Fear and Yadkin
Valley Railway. January 21st 1880.
