I James Rierson Jr. Clerk of the Inferior Court for the County aforesaid do hereby testify that at February Terms (1st Monday in February) 1880 Sidney Mabe was convicted of Larceny, and that it was adjudged by the Court that he be imprisoned in the State prison at hard labour for the term of one year, and that he be assigned towork on the Cape Fear and Yadkin Valley Rail Road.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official Seal, Done at Office in Danbury this 9th day of February 1880.
