Page Hamlin } Buring Barn,
The Defendant commits to court and Pleads not Guilty.
The following good & lawful men are sworn & impanelled to try this issue of ?, to wit, Lewis Spaugh and others, for their verdict find the defendant Page Hamilin Guilty in manner and form as charged in the Bill of Indictment.
It is ordered and ajudged by the court that Defendant Page Hamlin be inprisoned in the Penitentiary at hard labor for five years, and stand committed until discharged according to law.
Is further then ordered by the Court that A Fogle Sheriff of Forsyth County in whose custody the Prisoner is, be charged with the execution of this sentence
