PRESIDENT WOODRUFF made a few closing remarks, in the course o[f] which he bore testimony to the excellence of the instructions given by Presidents Cannon and Smith, and closed with an exhortation to the Saints to be prompt and liberal in paying their offerings for the support of the poor.
