Nov. 29th 7 Pres Wilford Woodruff & Coun. Salt Lake City, - Dear Brethren

The two communications enclosed herewith are self explanatory. We will be pleased to have your advise as to the advisability of entering into a discussion of this nature. We have for some time, and do now understand that your policy has been to discourage public discussions, We do not think it it wisdom for the parties whose names are signed to the enclosed agreement etc. to enter into a discussion of this nature as they would not be liable to [whom] the cause they represent. If you deem this case of sufficient importance that you would wish to send some capable person to handle same why of course we have no suggestions to offer. We will
