Dear Bro: enclosed [illegible] Brethren[ illegible][several words] Blessings. [illegible][several words] faithful Latterday Saint.

Bro. James Shivers has received his second Blessings and wishes to [illegible] have his wife who is deceased, When he received His Blessing with his wife that is alive, He understood that He could do nothing for His deceased wife. She was a good faithfull Lattrday Saint when she died and He wishes to have the work doen for her now.
