I would respectfully
state that the requisition for one wagon
and two mules for my Light Battery has
been returned, with the remark by Capt
Grisham "that there are no mules or wagon to
be had" this appears very strange and I
am satisfied that it is only an excuse
to delay filling my requisition. I have only
one wagon and could not possibly move
without other means of transportation,
therefore I wish you would be kind
enough to have the wagon and mules
furnished as soon as possible
