Sir

I would most respectfully state I have put in
my requisition for the Clothing due my Company
from last Quarter and Quarterly allowance for
this Quarter ending on the 30th of September 1864
and as the men are almost entirely without Pants
Shirts & Shoes I would respectfully request you
will be kind enough to furnish the Clothing
as soon as you can obtain them as they are
absolutely necessary for the health and cleanliness
of the men.

I am much obliged to you for your attention to
my Quarterly Paper [[?]] Acct As I have drawn the
allowance from Capt Stoy A Q Master at
this place for the 3d Quarter therefore I cannot
use your Requisition for the 3d Quarter but
will herewith enclose you signed Requisition
of the fourth Quarter 1864 hoping that the
above may meet your approval and early
attention
