of opinion that legislation would not
interfere present degrees being conferred
[and strike through] if Huron College withdrew unless some
flagrant acts are committed.
A discussion followed on above subject.
Dr Moore introduced the questions of admission
of students & certification of tickets
Dr Arnott [?] [?] Dr Wishart be instructed
to communicate with [Munnly?] to see on what grounds
we can be affiliated with them

Moved by Dr Fraser that the matter of
arrangements for opening lecture be left
to Executive Committees; with instructions
to make the meeting as well known as possible.
