It is due to the progressive sentiment of

segregation Meeting at Washington be
answered and answered in such fashion as
to make it available as an efficient and
affective campaign document.

By the way Mr. Eddie Sefton Asst.
Secretary National Democratic Committee's
can better advise you as to the strength of
my specially prepared campaign document
at the instancy of the Chairman, and how
most effectively used.
