Dear Mr. President:

Here is a telegram from Mr. Oliver
H. Dean, of Kansas City, to Senator Reed,
which he asks me to bring to your atten-
tion. I have not read the telegram but
am sending it to you because I understand
that Mr. Dean is a very reputable citizen
of Missouri.
