Soviet Congress showed consummate statesmanship.
It will be a standard to which the true patriots
of Russia will rally against the enemies without
and within. Will you please ask the President
to accept my hearty commendation.

Having been familiar with the industrial
and political conditions of Russia for some years,
through experience in that country, I trust I am
qualified to express this opinion.

Appreciating the tremendous burden of
correspondence imposed on you, I would ask you
not to take your valuable time in replying to
