it is said the "old town"
went wild, and bonfires
were built upon the campus
to celebrate the victory.

The Yale men wanted to learn
the secret of our batting
the ball with the fist, as
they did not seem to
understand the science of
it. The old game certainly
seemed to be Princeton's gain,
as we never lost a battle.
