Few appropriations are now available. June 20 From Engineer Secretary Major G.H. Elliot To Major [[H.M. Robert]] Corps Engineers Sir: OF the appropriations made for works for your District by the Act of March 3rd 1871, there now remains in the Treasury only a balance of $23,628.56 on account of [[Cape Foulweather light-station]], [[Oregon]] 1871-72.
