It was the principal cause of the delay mentioned.
It will not require sixty days actual working time to complete the building, but in consequence of the dense fogs prevalent at Cape Foulweather at this season of the year, there will be time lost in waiting for the plastering to dry; therefore it will require at least sixty days to complete the work.
The work is being prosecuted vigorously, and every effort is being made to complete the building as soon as possible.
