1: Light South wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours thick fog showers - Last part of 24 hours thick fog and clearing weather - Keeper cleaning out the barn - 1st ass't showing visitors in tower and fishing - Had fifteen visitors - 2nd ass't went to Newport - Barometer 30.20.

2: Light South wind with light rain showers first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours light wind to moderate breeze North with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.30 - 1st and 2nd ass'ts showing twenty eight visitors in tower - 1st ass't went to Newport after mail and supplies - Keeper and 1st ass't takeing account of the worn out articles on hand at the station - Keeper makeing a list of worn out articles.

3: Fresh breeze North these 24 hours with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.30 to 30.10 - 1st ass't cutting grass inside of yard around dwelling and showing visitors in tower - 2nd ass't working in dwelling - Keeper showing visitors in tower and writing in office. U.S. Light House Tender Manzanita passed this station at 7:20 P.M. going South.

4: Fresh to moderate breeze North these 24 hours with clear fine and warm weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.98 - 1st and 2nd ass'ts showing visitors in the tower - Had fourteen visitors - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies.

5: Moderate breeze N. to light S. East wind and calm these 24 hours with cloudy and fair weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - 1st ass't went fishing and showing visitors in the tower - Keeper and 2nd ass't showing visitors in tower - Barometer 30.05 - 2nd ass't went to big creek.

6: Light S.E. to South wind these 24 horus with fair and warm weather - Sea smooth - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies - showing visitors in tower - 1st and 2nd ass'ts cleaning lamp and all brass work - Barometer 30.03 - Had thirty one visitors - 1st ass't went fishing.

7: Light variable winds and calm with cloudy and thick fog - Last part of 24 hours light wind to moderate breeze North with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - Keeper and ass'ts showing visitors in tower - Barometer 30.00 - 1st ass't went fishing and after shell fish.

8: Moderate breeze North to light South wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours fair weather and thick damp fog - Last part of 24 hours fair and warm weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.72 - 1st and 2nd ass't showing 24 visitors in tower - and stowing away oil in oil-house and other supplies in store hourse - Mr. Stimpson hauling annual supplies - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies - U.S. Light-House Tender Manzanita arrived off Yaquina bar from the S. and entered and landed supplies for Sta. Yaquina Head.

9: Light variable winds and calm to light North wind these 24 hours with clear fine and warm weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.93 - Had twenty visitors Keeper and 1st ass't showing visitors in tower - Mr. Whitters??? and Stimpson hauling annual supplies - 1st ass't went fishing - Keeper and ass'ts putting oil in oil-house and stowing away annual supplies - Keeper and 2nd ass't putting new pump in kitchen.

10: Light wind to moderate and fresh breeze North these 4 hours fair weather and thick fog - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.92 - Keepers stowing mineral oil in oil house - Mr. Stimpson hauling supplies - 2nd ass't went to Newport after supplies - Keeper showing 16 visitors in tower.

11: Fresh to moderate breeze and light North wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours heigh dry fog - Last part of 24 hours clear fine and warm weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 30.00 - 1st and 2nd ass't showing visitors in the tower - 1st ass't went fishing - 1st and 2nd putting mineral oil in oil house - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies - Mr. Stimpson hauling mineral oil - U.S. Light House Tender Manzanita crossed out of Yaquina at 10:30 A.M. bound for Heceta Head Light to land annual supplies.

13: Moderate to fresh breeze North these 24 hours with fair and warm weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Keeper and ass'ts showing thirty three visitors in the tower - Mr. Stimpson completed hauling annual supplies - Keeper went to Newport to post mail and get supplies.
