18: Light East wind these 24 hours with clear fine and cool weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.20 - 1st asst putting oil in oil butts - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies - 2nd asst went one mile from sta cutting wood for Keeper & assts.

19: Light wind to fresh breeze East with clear dry & cool weather these 24 hours - Sea very smooth - Barometer 30.20 to 29.95 - Keeper working on quarterly reports - 1st asst went to Newport after mail and supplies - 2nd asst cutting wood for himself and other Keepers.

20: Fresh breeze East to S. East first part of 24 hours with rain - Last part of 24 hours light South wind damp and light rain showers - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.93 to 30.20 - General duties for the day - Keeper working on Quarterly report to Engineer & Inspector.

21: Light South wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours light rain showers - Last part of 24 hours fair weather - Sea quite smooth - Barometer 30.20 to 30.10 - Keeper working on quarterly reports - 1st asst went fishing - 2nd asst went to Newport after mail & supplies.

22: Fresh breeze South these 24 hours with rain - Sea moderately smooth - Barometer 30.05 to 29.97 Keeper working on quarterly reports to Engineer & Inspector.

23: Gale to fresh breeze S. to W.N.W. these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours rain. Last part of 24 hours fair weather - Sea moderately smooth - Barometer 29.90 to 30.20 - Keeper washing and working on quarterly reports - 2nd asst washing - 1st asst went fishing today.

24: Light wind to moderate and fresh breeze S.E. to S.W. and west these 24 hours with frequent rain showers during 24 hours - Sea quite rough - Barometer 30.30 to 30.15 - Keeper working on quarterly reports - 1st asst went to Newport after mail and supplies.

25: Light South to S. West wind these 24 hours with frequent light rain showers these 24 hours - Sea quite rough - Barometer 30.30 to 30.20 - General duties for the day - keeper working on quarterly reports - 2nd asst went to Newport for recreation - Left the station at 10 A.M.

26: Gale to fresh breeze S.W. to West these 24 hours with frequent rain & hail squalls - Sea very rough - Barometer 30.10 to 30.34 - Keeper working on quarterly reports and doing house work - Mr. ??? and Mr Anderson laborer putting wire on fence around South and North bluff - Mr Ewald Glass 2nd asst returned to the station from Newport at 4:25 P.M. where he has been P.M. to spend ???

28: Light East to North wind and calm these 24 hours with clear fine and cool - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.40 - General duties for the day - 2nd asst showing five visitors in the tower - 1st asst went fishing - Keeper working on quarterly reports.

29: Light east wind with clear fine and cool weather these 24 hours - Sea little rough - Barometer 30.40 to 30.04 - 1st asst went fishing - Mr. Withers left for Portland at 1. P.M. haveing completed reports - Keeper conveyed Mr Withers as far as big creek - 2nd asst went for a short walk from station.

30: Light East wind to moderate & fresh breeze South these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours clear fine - Last part of 24 hours coudy - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.92 - 1st asst went fishing & hunting ??? ??? gate - Keeper working on quarterly & monthly reports.

31: Fresh breeze to light South wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours little damp - Last part of 24 hours fair - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 30.03 - 1st asst went fishing - 2nd asst went to Newport for recreation - Left sta at 1. P.M.

Possible transcriptions for the 26th to replace the question marks.
"Mr. Withers and Mr. Anderson" and possibly "where he has been P.M. to spend Cristmass" ? I feel confident on the "ristmas" portion of the word.
