2: Moderate to fresh and strong breeze North these 24 hours with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.82 - Keeper went to Newport to post mail - Had ten visitors - 1st and 2nd ass'ts showing visitors in tower.
