1. Moderate breeze N to light N.W. and West wind these 24 hours- First part of 24 hours fair and little showery- Last part of 24 hours rain showers- Sea smooth- Barometer 30.00 to 29.84- General duties for the day- 1st asstwent fishing today Mr. W. G. Ford reported and went duty as 2nd asst Keeper- Keeper invited in Office today.

2. Light variable winds to fresh breeze West these 24 hours with rain and thick weather- Sea quite rough- Barometer 29.75 to 29.82- 2nd asst working in his quarters and replacing pump in Kitchen- 1st asst went fishing- Keeper went to Newport after supplies and to post mail.

3. Light W. to South wind with rain first part of 24 hours- Last part of 24 hours moderate and fresh breeze South with rain showers and thick weather- Sea moderately smooth. Barometer 29.80- 1st asst cleaning ??? - 2nd asst putting down carpets in the Garden to working in his garden.
