1 Moderate breeze and light north wind these 24 hours with clear fine and cool weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.27 today. Keeper and assts putting mineral oil in oil butts - Keeper and 2nd asst planting garden - 1st asst went fishing on the rocks outside of station.

2 Fresh and moderate breeze north these 24 hours with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 30.27 to 30.04 - 1st asst went fishing - 2nd asst digging clams on the beach and cording wood for keeper & assts one half mile from the station.

3 Fresh and moderate breeze north these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours thick damp fog - Last part of 24 hours thick fog and fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.02 - 2nd asst went for a short walk - General duties for day - Keeper went to Newport after supplies. Had four visitors today.
