20 Light variable winds to moderate breeze S. west these 24 hours with frequent rain showers - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.93 to 29.74 - 1st asst cleaning and painting in his quarters - 2nd asst washing and other work in his quarters.

21 Light variable winds these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours light rain showers - Last part of 24 hours fair weather & warmer. Sea smooth - Barometer 29.70 to 30.05 - Keeper and assts painting on keepers dwelling - 2nd asst working in his part of garden.

25 Moderate breeze N. to light south wind these 24 hours with thick fog showers - Sea very smooth - Barometer 29.98 to 29.90 - 1st asst whitewashing fences - 2nd asst putting alabastine on rooms in his part of dwelling - Keeper writing in office & washing. By order of Major W.L.Langfit Engineer 13th Light House District the keeper of this station is authorized to expend $250.00 in repairing road leading to the station - Keeper has employed Mr. Briggs - Mr. Birch - Mr. Ford and Mr. Greenbrooks.

26 Moderate breeze to light north wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours damp - Last part of 24 hours cloudy & fair weather - Sea quite rough - 1st & 2nd assts cleaning inside of lantern prepairing to paint same - Keeper & assts painted 1st asst house - 1st asst whitewashing tight board fence in front of dwelling - Keeper went over to beach to see laborers about working on the road.

27 Light north to south wind and fresh breeze these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours rain showers - Last part of 24 hours rain - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.98 - Keeper & assts painting white in lantern - 2nd asst working in garden and shop - Keeper went over to road next to the beach to see the men at work on the road.
