June 17: Light wind to moderate and fresh breeze North these 24 hours with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.14 to 29.98 - Keeper showing visistors in Tower & working on annual reports to Inspector & Engineer - 1st asst working road into timber to haul wood & went fishing - Had 20 visitors

June 18: Fresh and moderate breeze North these 24 hours fair and little fog - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.90 - Keeper went to Newport after mail & supplies - Mr Whitten hauling wood for Keeper & assts - 1st asst cutting grass around Keeperes dwelling and making hay - Received from Inspector to be fowarded to 2nd asst Ewald Glass his resignation to be signed & dated and forwarded to Inspector

June 19: Fresh and moderate breeze N. these 24 hours with thick fog most of 24 hours - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.90 today - Keeper working on annual reports to Inspector & Engineer & showing one visitor in Tower - 1st asst working on road in Timber and went fishing

June 20: Light wind North to East and South these 24 hours with fair and warm - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.64 - Mr Whitten hauling wood for keeper and assts - Keeper went after razor clams in South beach - 1st asst went fishing and making hay & working in garden

June 21: Light South sind these 24 hours - with thick damp fog first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours thick fog and fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.76 to 29.84 - 1st asst butting hay in the barn - Keeper went to Newport - Mr Whitten hauling wood for keeper & assts

June 22: Light South to North wind these 24 hours - first part of 24 hours thick damp fog - Last part of 24 hours heigh dry fog and fair - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.88 - 1st assts went fishing & showing visitors in Tower - Keeper writing on reports & showing visitors in Tower - Had seventeen visitors - Mr. William Ford of Newport arrived at the sta at 6.P.M. and went on duty as 2nd asst Keeper in place of Mr Ewald Glass - Keeper gave Mr William Ford 2nd assts leave to go to Toledo after his Household good and Family to be gone two or three day

June 23: Light wind to moderate and fresh breeze S.E. to S. and S.W. these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours fair & thick fog - Last part of 24 hours rain - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.80 - Mr Whitten hauling wood - Keeper writing in Office - 1st asst taking covers off of coal oil bases today

June 24: Moderate breeze South these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours rain & thick weather - Last part of 24 hours little damp and fair - Sea quite rough - Barometer 29.80 to 30.04 - Keeper working on annual reports to Inspector and Engineer - 1st asst went to Newport after mail and supplies

June 25: Light S. to variable winds and calm these 24 hours with frequent light rain showers first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours rain showers and fair - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.95 - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies - 1st asst went fishing and cutting grass around Dwelling - 2nd asst W. P. Ford arranging household goods and cleaning

June 26: Light South to West wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours frequent light rain showers - Last part of 24 hours fair - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.93 to 30.00 - 2nd ast doing house work & cleaning windows - 1st asst went fishing - Keeper working on annual reports

June 27: Light N. to S.E. and North wind these 24 hours with fair and warm weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.95 to 30.06 - 1st asst went to Newport after mail & supplies & went fishing & working in garden - Keeper working on annual and quarterly reports to Inspector & Engineer - Mr W. P. Ford is Nominated for the position of 2nd asst at the sta & is to go on duty the 1st July - Mr For doing house work

June 28: Light North wind to moderate breeze North these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours clear and fine - Last part of 24 hours fair and light rain shower - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.05 - 1st asst went fishing - 2nd asst doing house work today

June 29: Moderate breeze & light North wind fair first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours moderate and fresh breeze North light rain & fair - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.97 - 1st asst shoing ten visistors in Tower & went fishing - Keeper working on annual & quarterly reports

June 30: Moderate breeze and light North wind these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.00 to 30.02 - 1st asst went fishing and making hay around dwelling - Mr Ford went to Toledo after carpets to put on floors
