2 Light north wind these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea quite smooth - Barometer 30.00 to 30.12 today - Keeper and assts painting on dwelling and mixing paint and putting up stage to paint on Keepers dwelling.

3 Light north to S. east wind fair weather first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours moderate and fresh breeze S. west to west light rain showers - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.12 to 29.98 - Keeper & assts painting on dwelling - 1st asst went to Newport after mail & supplies.
