18 Fresh breeze N. west these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours light rain - Last part of 24 hours light rain showers and fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.85 to 30.17 - Keeper and assts painting oil house chimneys on work room & roof of wagon house.

19 Light north and east wind to moderate and fresh breeze north these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours heigh dry fog - Last part of 24 hours clear fine weather - Keeper & assts painted chimneys on dwelling roof of wagon house steps & celler doors on dwelling. Keeper getting wood on the beach at station and writeing in office - 2nd asst went to Newport after mail & supplies.

20 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.10 - Keeper and assts whitewash fences - U.S.Light House Tender Manzanita passeed sta at 1:30 P.M. past whistling buoy at Yaquina & steamed south at 3:45 P.M.

21 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours clear fine weather - Last part of 24 hours fair and heigh dry fog - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.10 - 1st & 2nd assts whitewashing fences - 1st asst cleaning brass work in lantern - Keeper went to Newport after mail & supplies.

25 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.90 to 30.10 - Keeper cleaning inside of tower and painting stairs & landings window sashes & whitewashing and other work - 2nd asst working in his part of garden - 1st asst cleaning in his quarters - Light House Tender Manzanita arrived off Yaquina bar at 4:15 P.M. and entered at 6 P.M.

26 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.10 to 29.96 - Keeper & assts painting lantern floor and steps black chimney box lenns ladder lead collor polishing & cleaning lamp chimneys blacking hot water heater and putting 200 gallons of mineral oil in oil butts - Tender Manzanita came out of Yaquina and went north at 8 A.M. - 2nd asst went to Newport after mail & supplies.

27 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.96 to 29.85 - Keeper and assts painting on stairs and landings - Scrubbed marble & office floors - Painted office floor ladder brush rack & tool chest lead collor & door stools black and other cleaning & painting.

28 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.85 to 29.82 - 1st and 2nd assts whitewashing fences and other cleaning & painting - Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies - 2nd asst working in garden.

29 Fresh to moderate breeze and light north wind these 24 hours with heigh dry fog and fair weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.82 to 29.90 - 2nd asst weeding out strawberries one half mile from the sta.

30 Light north to south wind these 24 hours with fair and warm - Sea smooth and calm - Barometer 29.90 to 29.88 - 2nd asst and Keeper painting back steps to dwelling - Keeper and assts cleaning lennes plate glass of lantern & windows on tower.
