17 Light variable winds with thick damp fog first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours moderate to fresh breeze South with rain - Sea smooth - Barometer 29.90 to 30.60 - Keeper working on annual & quarterly reports - 2nd asst working in shop & showing four visitors in tower - 1st asst cutting grass.

18 Fresh breeze South to West and N. West these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours frequent rain showers - Last part of 24 hours fair weather - Sea quite smooth - Barometer 29.90 to 30.38 - 1st asst cutting grass - 2nd asst cleaning Burner & working in shop - Keeper went to Newport after mail & supplies.

23 Light wind to moderate and fresh breeze North these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours light rain showers - Last part of 24 hours clear weather - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.15 to 30.18 - 1st asst went to Newport after mail & supplies - Keeper & 2nd asst putting lumber away in barn rakeing up hay into coops & showing visitors in the tower - Had twelve visitors - Keeper working on reports.
