1 Fresh breeze and light north wind these 24 hours with clear fine weather - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 30.05 to 29.88 - Keeper and assts cleaning in there quarters - 1st and 2nd assts cutting grass around dwelling.

2 Light north to south wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours fair weather - Last part of 24 hours fair and light rain showers - Sea smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.88 to 29.70 - 2nd asst getting wood on the beach & painting in his quarters - Keeper went to Newport after mail & supplies - 1st asst went to Toledo for vacation - Left the sta at 9 A.M.

3 Light wind to moderate breeze and gale S. east to A & S. west these 24 hours with rain - Sea quite rough - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.40 to 29.60 - Keeper writing in the office - 2nd asst working in his quarters.

4 Moderate & fresh breeze south these 24 hours with hard rain first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours light rain showers - Sea quite rough - Barometer 29.60 to 29.80 - Keeper & 2nd asst went to Newport to vote - 1st asst returned to station from Toledo at 5 P.M.

5 Moderate to fresh breeze south these 24 hours with rain showers - Sea quite rough - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.62 to 29.77 - 1st asst cleaning burner & showing two visitors in the tower - 2nd asst went to Newpot after mail & supplies - Keeper working on reports.

6 Moderate breeze S. west these 24 hours with frequent rain showers - Sea quite rough - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.77 to 30.05 - Keeper and assts cleaning lamp and all brass work - 1st asst cleaning in his quarters - Keeper & 2nd asst getting wood on beach.
