1st Moderate north west breeze clear dry. Sea mod. Bar 30. Keeper and asst keepers painting roof of keepers dwelling.

2 Light north west breeze clear dry. Sea smooth. Bar 30.02. Keeper and asst keepers cleaning paint brushes and cleaning up work shop.

3 Fresh north west breeze clear dry. Sea mod. Bar 30.00. Keeper and 2nd asst cleaned all window panes in lantern & tower. 1st asst went to Newport for mail.

4 Light southerly wind misty with fog. Sea smooth. Bar 30.01. 1st asst left station at 3:00 AM on leave of absence. Keeper went to Newport for mail.

5 Light south east wind cloudy to lt fog. Sea smooth. Bar ???. General duties for the day. 2nd asst showing 6 visitors in the tower.

6 Light north west breeze rain to dry. Sea smooth. Bar 30.06. Keeper and 2nd asst working in the barn. General duties for the day.

7 Light north east to north west breeze dry. Sea smooth. Bar 30.18. Keeper working in the garden. 2nd asst went to Newport for supplies & mail. Keeper showing 3 visitors in tower.
