26 Light easterly wind clear dry sea smooth. Bar 30.08. U.S.L. Tender Heather passed station going south at 3:30 PM anchored of the bar.

27 Ligth north east wind clear dry sea smooth. Bar 29.98. Light House Inspector inspected the station to day.

28 Light variable winds south east to north east dry. Bar 30.01. First and second asst working around the grounds. Keeper went to Newport for mail. Delivered 2 library cases and books to Captrain L.S. ???.

3 Foggy misty dry calm sea smooth. Bar 30.28. 1st asst working in his basement. 2nd asst putting walk in front of his dwelling.

4 Light north west to south east wind showers sea smooth. Bar 30.12. Keeper returned to station at 1:30 PM. 1st asst cleaning out his cellar. 2nd asst making plank side walk.

5 Moderate south west to westerly rain squalls sea mod. Bar 30.20. General duties for the day. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

6 Fresh south west breeze rain sea moderate. Bar 29.84. 1st asst cleaning out his cellar. 2nd asst building sidewalk. Keeper went to Newport for mail & supplies.

7 Fresh south west to west breeze squally rain sea rough. Bar 29.80. Keeper and 1st asst removing hot air heater from cellar. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

10 Fresh west to north west breeze hail rain and snow squalls sea rough. Bar 30.22. Snow had to be scraped from plate glass of lantern on the north west side between 7 & 11 PM.

12 Fresh south west to a gale rain sea very rough. Bar 29.42. General duties for the day. Top of ventilator of oil house blown off.

13 Fresh south west breeze rain sea rough. Bar 29.70. The quarters of the 1st and 2nd asst keepers were inspected and found in good condition.

12 (???) Fresh to light south west breeze showers sea rough. Bar 29.72. Keeper putting in panes of glass in cellar window. 1st asst washing. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

13 (???) Squally south west winds rain heavy swell. Bar 29.80. Keeper repairing chimney in cellar of dwelling. 1st and 2nd asst repairing chimney of 2nd asst quarters. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.

14 Light south east to south west wind rain sea rough. Bar 30.02. Keeper washing. 1st asst working in the shop. 2nd asst repairing side walk.

15 Variable westerly winds squally rain sea rough. Bar 30.10. Keeper and asst keepers working in there respective quarters.

22 Mod north east to easterly wind clear dry sea moderate. Bar 30.06. The quarters of 1st and 2nd asst were inpsected by keeper to day found in good condition. No wood hauled to day.

26 Fresh E to north east breeze clear dry sea mod. Bar 30.40. General duties for the day. 1st and 2nd asst showing visitors in the tower. The flash from Heceta Head Light this station all night. 12 cords of wood delivered to date by Agate Beach Co.

27 Fresh easterly breeze clear dry sea moderate. Bar 30.20.Plastering in hall way of dwelling was cracked from wind shaking the house.

28 Mod south breeze to light S west wind sprinkles sea rough. Bar 30.14. Keeper showing 6 visitors in tower. 1st asst working in his cellar. 2nd asst went to Newport for mail.
