1 Calm to light north east wind clear dry sea smooth. Bar 30.25. Keeper and asst keepers cleaning up grounds around wood pile.

2 Light northerly wind clear dry to light south wind & rain sea smooth. Bar 29.96. General duties for the day. 2nd asst showing 8 visitors in the tower.

3 Moderate southerly breeze rain sea moderate. Bar 29.86. Keeper working on annual requisition. 1st and 2nd asst working in shop and quarters.

4 Light south wind rain to lt east wind sea mod. Bar 29.96. Keeper working on annual requisition. 1st asst painting in his quarters. 2nd asst went to Newport for supplies.

5 Fresh easterly breeze dry sea smooth. Bar 29.92. Keeper and asst keepers working in there respective quarters. Keeper visited quarters of asst keepers found in good order.

6 Fresh easterly breeze part cloudy dry sea smooth. Bar 29.86. Keeper and asst keepers working in there respective quarters and in carpenter shop.
