Sir:
Enclosed is returned, in accordance with your request, the letter of Mr. S.G. Irvin of Newport, Oreg., in which he asks if the bill providing for the erection of a Keeper's dwelling at Foulweather Light-House (Yaquina Head), Oreg., passed, and, if so, when the dwelling will be built.
In reply the Board states that it does not appear that any appropriation was made for the purpose named.
