Name And Position Of Station. Yaquina Head Light Station, Oregon located on the westerly extremity of Yaquina Head seacoast of Oregon, about 3 ½ miles northerly of the entrance to Yaquina Bay. 1. By whom described, Major J. F. McSadac, Corps of Engineers, U.S.A. 2. Date of description, February 26, 1910 3. Distinguishing character of light or lights, Fixed white, first order 4. Latitude of light, 44° 40’ 35” 5. Longitude of light, 124° 04’ 40”
