10February 28 2 Sir: Upon further consideration of your recommendation of the 30th September last, that the contractor for construction of the Keeper's dwelling at the Cape Foulweather Light Station be allowed an extension of sixty days time from the first day of July next, the Board has decided to allow the contractor the extension asked - that is, until the 28th day of August next.
