Dear Sir:-

Your communication of March 5th with check enclosed for $25. rent Feb.1902 received. You will find enclosed receipt for above amount.

I note what you say that you would like me to instruct those in charge of the water system on the Campus, to notify you whenever it is necessary to shut off the water for any length of time. This is the first information I had that the water was shut off. I was informed however that there was a break in the main pipe line and that no water was to be had until same was repaired. There are others who were just as inconvenienced as yourself, but accidents of this kind cannot be anticipated.
