drop into the dough 1 Egg eliflsly
beaten mix with knife, with
nearly a gill of cold maker
1/2 teaspoonful of sugar in must
be dry knead firmly together
roll out 1/3 in thickness cut
in squares, brush, over with
white of egg, place spoonful of
mixture (apples cooked with
raisins in jam, press edges
together bake in quick oven
20 minutes brush over top white
of egg dust with pulverized sugar
