5000 copies are to be prepared,
and they will be sent to you as
soon as ready to be pasted in the address. I think I
would wait for them before
issuing the address as they
would add greatly to its force.

I am requested by
Col. Armfeld to say to you
that he wishes to contribute
as much as $200. towards
increasing the number of
copies of the address over and
above the 5000. After the
types are set and the lithography
executed, an additional number
of copies must be had at
a small cost. He supposes
200$ should get out 5000
copies more. Be that as it
may. Let his additional
amount go as far as it can.
