Report on progress of work for January.

"Kinnear Park."

The grading and construction in this park
is now completed with the exception of
about 300 feet of the protection railing along
the paths on the face of the bluffs. ----

I have done considerable planting and
transplanting and the men are now
making pockets preparatory to covering
the whole face of the bluffs with hardy
vines and trailing shrubs.
