We do therefore here by impower [empower] and desire you to transfer the Balanced being as we remember not having the Accot. [Account] now with us. about one hundred and sixty pounds of our Nephews Estate, & the remainder due to us on that article we will Charge in our own Books. There as on of which Transfer is this that by a settlement of that Estate since the Death of our father. it is [created?] in by act of assembly my Brother Charles and my self as trustees for the raising certain sums for the [Widom?] of our Brother Robert and a Portion for his Daughter, and the remainder to his son. And we have Moreover agreed to pay the Debts of our Brother & trust the Estate, out of our Fathers Money, the supplies & contingent Charges however being, to be born by that Estate. But these goods were for the supply of the Estate, & so must be charged accordingly. We are

I sent you eight hogsheads of tobacco last year upon which, in this Draft. I have valued myself at the low rate of four pounds per hhd; tho; I hope and expect they are already sold for more, or at least will be so before these Bills reach you. I beg the favour of you to let me have the Accot, Current & the Accot. of sales as soon as you can. I am Sir.
