You have already been advised of a Bill of Exchange drawn on you by the Secretary to Wm Camp for ten pounds being one years salary due to him from our Brother George, for the looking after his Rippon Estate. We have this day drawn on you to Thomas Lord Fairfax for twenty seven pounds nine shillings & ten pence, being for one years [Luitrents?] of our Brothers Lands, which we hope you will pay and place to our Brothers Accot. [account]. It is a charge that must be paid annually. Inclosed is an Invoice of Goods for the supply of his Estate in which we have been as frugal as possible. We are
