Sir,
This is to accompany Bills of Lading for twenty one hhds of the Secretary's Tobacco lFC No A10W and fifteen hhds of the Nomony Tobacco RPC No 7 to 21 all Consigned you by the Carter Capt Malbon; who intended to sale [sell] this Evening or to Morrow Morning. Twenty hhds of this last mark were designed you but they could not be got aboard without delaying the ship.
But I now find that Captain Malbon has omitted to sign the Bills for the Nomony Tobacco; so That I inclose only that for the Secretary's Tobacco; & send the other aboard to be signed & inclosed to you by Capt. Malbon himself
