to be closed. Therefore the said party of the second
part, shall, so soon as he shall be requested by the
party of the third part, advertise the before mention-
ed property and sell the same at public auction to the
highest bidder, for cash; and out of the moneys ari-
sing from said sale, shall first pay the expenses there-
of, and shall then pay and discharge the debts herein
mentioned and secured; and the balance, if any, the
party of the second part shall pay to the party of
the first part; Provided, however, that the party of
the second part shall give at least thirty days
public notice, of the time and place of sale, in
one or more public newspapers in the State

Yet should no default be made in the pay-
ment of the sum herein mentioned and secured;
but if the same should be paid when due, then this
Indenture to be void
signed sealed and delivered
