36, township 21, Range 15 West. Also the East 1/2 of
the South East quarter of section 26, Township 21, Range
15 West, and the East 1/2 of the North West quarter
section 36, township 21, Range 15 west.

And also the following negro slaves, Easter a
woman and her four children, Mary about fourteen
years of age, Isham about 12 years old, Binum a-
bout 10-years old, and Ann about 9 years of age,
and Peter a man about 30 years of age, Sarah a wo-
man about 25 years of age, Soloman a boy about
12 years of age, London a boy about 10 years of age,
Mingad [?] a boy about 8 years old, Isbel a woman
about 26 years of age, Frank a boy about 19 years of
age, Harriet a girl about 8 years of age, Mondy about
6 years of age, Ross a boy about 5 years of age, Franka
a girl about Three years of age

To have and to hold unto the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple, forever, in
Trust. Neverthelefs, that the said party of the first
part may remain in the use and possession of the
above described land and negroes and their increase
(within the County of Pickens Ala. as he is not to remove
the negroes out of Pickens County, if so the Trustee may
take immediate possession of it) until the first days
of March 1842, 1843, &1844, at which time the sum
of money herein described will become due and pay-
able; and which if not paid on the days and years
aforesaid, the said family of the first part shall be con-
sidered in default. If default be made in part, de-
