take it upon myself to see that
the judge of the U.S. Court at Galveston is informed
of your methods of doing business.
I dislike to speak to you in such
tones but your conduct, whether the
result of thoughtlessness or of intention
has placed you in such a position as
to justify it on my part.
If I do not hear from you soon I will
take some action.
